Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, I used to attend Seattle Mariners games where they sold garlic parmesan fries that smelled up the whole ball park, you could smell them for blocks prior to arriving. We also do a lot of business here in New Hampshire with a location called Tuscan Village, which is a very Italian area. We created the Truffle Parmesan flavor to satisfy the garlic flavor of the ballpark while also hitting at the Italian feel of the Tuscan Village. It is different due to the taste and the complexity of the truffle notes, while following that up with the garlic and cheese flavor.

TLDR Background Story
We are a small batch, artisan popcorn and kettle corn producer specializing in Allergy safe products that are unique in flavor and robust in taste. We do not sacrifice quality in order to mass produce the products and take every precaution to make each batch special and flavor packed so our customers remember us and come back again and again.
Proudest Achievement
We graduated Sam Adams Brewing the American Dream business marketing course and have been able to sell our products at their tap rooms in Boston. They have been our biggest account and our most proud partners.
The "Why" Behind the Business
We wanted to produce great tasting products without the mass produced feel of popcorn and snacking. we originally started with one flavor and quickly moved to several full-time flavors that are huge hits with our customers. As we progressed in size, so did our variations and quality and how we made things. we have grown with a huge following of fans that expect to see us and each bite is made by myself and my wife personally. This business started as a hobby and quickly grew into a full-time operation.

Meeting the people and working with businesses that I never thought in my wildest dreams would come looking to me to provide product to them. We are not in major food retailers yet, but we are working with some major beer and food manufacturers to sample and distribute our products
