The Idea
Travel has always been about discovery for me—not just places, but experiences. Art. Architecture. History. And especially food.
One of the greatest joys of traveling is eating like a local: finding the hole-in-the-wall spot, stumbling upon a unique farmers market, or grabbing something unexpected off a grocery shelf that you've never seen back home.
I can't bottle that sense of excitement, but I can recreate it.
That's why I launched Snacks of the Nation.

Idea Becomes a Reality
Spectacular curated snacks from small, independent makers across the U.S.—chosen for their flavor, their story, and the communities they support.
Snacks of the Nation exists for people who love discovering the unexpected—those delightful hidden gems you find while traveling, wandering a farmers market, or taking the path less followed.
We seek out small food makers with big heart, bold flavor, and stories worth sharing.

The Path Forward
Snacks of the Nation begins online and through pop-up events, with a long-term goal of opening a brick-and-mortar store within 6–18 months.
There will be lessons along the way—but discovery rarely follows a straight line.
The journey is part of the reward.
