Sun Valley Mustard began in 1984 when Lois Allison bottled a multigenerational sweet-and-spicy family recipe encouraged by friends and family. After several ownership changes, Alex Langerman, Ryan Rosmarin, and Patricia Florescu acquired the brand in December 2023 to preserve local production.
