Salce began as a small kitchen experiment in 2018 when the founders started making fruit-forward hot sauces inspired by the idea that a sauce could deliver both bold flavor and heat. Early batches were shared with coworkers and given as gifts, gaining strong word-of-mouth support before the brand officially launched in 2022, producing small-batch sauces that blend peppers with fruits and honey.
