Trini’s Churro Cookies began when founder Trini started serving freshly made churro desserts at Napa Valley events and celebrations, building a following through catering and word-of-mouth. The popularity of those desserts led to the creation of the brand’s signature churro cookie, allowing the business to expand from event catering into a packaged product now sold in dozens of marketplaces.
